ES3 Evo – Management and Control Software

The possibility to integrate rationally the skills of measuring devices, joined to the elaboration and management of data collected in the field, it is a great opportunity for the Customer when he aims increase its own energetic efficiency. Only the accurate measurement and the accurate analysis of consumptions, in fact, can lead to a suitable planning and to a profitable implementation of production sites efficiency policies.

Each generic operation made according to the billing information, it is almost ineffective, because the indication of the total cost on the bill (or invoice) and the cost of the maximum energy peak, usually are the only data described. These data are not enough for the evaluation of the most complex background of the effective absorptions about plants, that can be also fragmented and distributed over time (in a month there are 2976 integration periods).

ES3 also allows the control and the processing of more than 3000 peripherals divided in groups, subgroups and sites, in order to identify where and when the most of energy consumptions are gathered. Through an operative interface, which is a simple X-Meter device, we can acquire accurately and in detail the consumptions of all the detectable loads. Thanks to the functions for data – transfer, the stored values are sent to the remote management terminal, which can process them by means of ES3 software, it is able to ensure both the withdrawals checks on-line and to apply the logic of the tariff calculation to stored values, this logic is also used by energy supplier.

From the acquisition of the fiscal meter drawing – curve at the supervision of the single internal line, by means of ES3, you can make accurate energy consumptions measurements and pick-up analytical information concerning other important electrical parameters, useful for the efficient management of the whole plant, such as voltages, currents, powers, energies, harmonics, network points, besides the integrated monitoring of other utilities such as gas, water, steam which are all storable, and exportable for customized processing of detected data.

In addition, ES3 software, allows to share in a suitable way the total of the consumptions among different Cost Centers, dividing them according to the actual use of the single “unities of drawing; thanks to the creation of virtual meters, the user can also create some not-distributed points, therefore they can’t be counted. ES3 allows to check both the correspondence between the invoiced data calculated by the supplier and the real consumptions . In addition, it can also analyze the effective amount of the drawing of each integration period and to apply the most appropriate energy policies according to the audits which have been done. The possibility to make reports and consumptives by using the actual file format (txt, csv, etc.) makes the consultation of the acquired data and their management a very quick function to use.
